From Drought to Prosperity

In 2015, Maharashtra was hit by its most severe drought in 40 years. The scarcity affected agriculture, livelihood and sanitary conditions. While the solution to this problem, watershed management, has been known for many years; the real challenge was how to bring it alive.

In partnership with the Paani Foundation, we created the world’s first hyper-realistic 3D working models that mirrored the terrain of these villages. These portable models were then used to explain the functioning of watershed management.
